EUROCASH Krosno
We are looking for a responsible person to support workers, organize their accommodation and commute to the EUROCASH logistics warehouse in Krosno and the surrounding areas.
Salary 6000 zł net per month — in hand. A company car is provided for work.
The job involves regular driving. The transportation schedule depends on worker shifts at the warehouse, including evening and night shifts. The leader is responsible for the timely transport of workers to and from work.
Meet new workers upon arrival Accompany and accommodate people in the hostel Explain the rules of accommodation, commute, and work Daily transport workers from the hostel to the warehouse and pick them up after the shift Transport workers between hostels and work facilities as needed Monitor order and room allocation in the hostel Assist workers with documents and organizational issues Maintain communication with workers, coordinators, and management Ensure the cleanliness and technical condition of the company car
Valid Category B driver's license — mandatory Confident and safe car driving Responsibility, punctuality, and organization Ability to communicate calmly with people and resolve non-standard situations Readiness to be on call and respond to urgent matters Ability to plan routes independently Knowledge of Polish will be an advantage Experience as a leader, coordinator, or foreman will be an advantage
