Bring the agency a new client — a factory or warehouse
5,000–20,000 zł per contract- The agency is looking for businesses in Poland that are short of workers: fruit and vegetable processing plants, factories, production lines, logistics warehouses.
- Your part — a warm introduction to the decision maker: the owner, a director or the head of HR. Negotiations, paperwork and client care are handled by the agency.
- The bonus depends on the size of the business and the amount of staff requested. There is no limit on how many clients you refer.
- Paid out as soon as the client pays for the agency's services or its workers start on site.
Slovak residence card for 3 years
€100 per client- For citizens of Ukraine and holders of permanent residence in Ukraine — regardless of when the person entered the EU or whether they hold a permit or protection from another country.
- Price for the client — €1,100, paid in three stages: €350 up front, €300 after the documents are submitted, €450 once the card is ready.
- The only document needed is a valid international passport: photos and forms are done on site. The appointment comes 2–4 weeks after the advance; submission in Košice, Snina or Michalovce with a coordinator on site.
- The finished card is issued 2–3 working days after submission: in person in Slovakia, delivered to the Lublin office (+7–8 days) or by post to the client.
What you need to know
- Money flows only from the employer to you. Charging the candidate is forbidden — art. 121 of the employment promotion act. If anyone demands money from you for a job, report it: we take such listings down.
- You employ no one and promise nothing on the employer’s behalf. You refer someone you know — that is not job placement, and no KRAZ licence is required.
- The reward is your income. Amounts are before tax; the employer reports them.
- You never enter anyone else’s data. The person registers and consents themselves — GDPR requires it.
