Kuźnia Matrycowa is an industrial forging company in Lublin specializing in hot forging of metal parts, in particular automotive towbars. The work involves red-hot metal and requires good physical condition and stamina.

The work schedule includes two 12-hour shifts (from 06:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 06:00) 5–6 days a week. Thanks to the large number of working hours, there is an opportunity to earn a high monthly income. The company provides every employee with a free hot meal during each shift.

Production is located directly in the city of Lublin, commuting is done independently by public transport. Work experience and knowledge of Polish are not required; training and safety instructions are provided before starting work.

Preparation and delivery of metal billets to the industrial furnace Loading metal into the furnace using tongs Monitoring the billet heating process Removing red-hot billets and feeding them to the hydraulic press Starting the pressing cycle, removing finished parts, and transporting products Visual quality control of finished products Performing auxiliary tasks and maintaining order at the workplace

Men with good physical fitness and stamina No medical contraindications, in particular heart, blood pressure, or respiratory problems Medical certificate of fitness for work in conditions of noise, vibration, dust, hot microclimate, and night shifts Mandatory use of a protective helmet and a full set of personal protective equipment The cost of the work clothes set from the agency is 200 zlotys Deduction for missing a shift without a valid reason is 200 zlotys
