The AGRAM S.A. enterprise in Lublin invites production workers to apply. The enterprise specializes in processing, sorting, freezing, and packaging berries, fruits, and vegetables for leading European retail chains.

The work is performed standing by production lines. The temperature in the workshops ranges from +4 to +15 degrees depending on the department. The factory provides workers with free hot meals during shifts and issues a complete set of warm branded workwear and footwear.

The work schedule consists of three 8-hour shifts with mandatory night shifts on a 4 working days and 1 day off rotation system. The enterprise is located within the city of Lublin with convenient public transport access; accommodation is not provided.

Readiness to work in cold conditions from +4 to +15 °C, industrial noise, night shifts, and at heights of up to 3 meters Physical endurance, manual dexterity, and ability to perform prolonged manual work while standing Valid sanitary booklet or sanepid certificate Test results for Salmonella and Shigella Medical certificate of fitness to work in the cold, noise, at night, and at heights of up to 3 meters Mandatory attendance at the introductory training every Wednesday from 08:00 to 08:30 Penalty for failing to show up for a shift without notice is 200 PLN Deduction for unreturned work clothes is 200 PLN, if leaving earlier than 2 months 150 PLN is deducted for the uniform Penalty for loss of electronic chip is 50 PLN Payment for professional laundry in case of leaving dirty uniform in the locker
